We support vice-chancellors in leading their institutions. This helps the universities they represent to improve and bring about positive changes to higher education, our society and globally.Ìý
Learning from peers is invaluable. We bring together vice-chancellorsÌýatÌýdifferent stages ofÌýtheirÌýleadership to shareÌýexperiences and best practice. We provide opportunities for themÌýto discuss theÌýchallengesÌýthey face within theÌýcontext of theÌýevolvingÌýpolitical and policy environment.Ìý
There are about 20Ìýnew vice-chancellors within our membership each year. We support them as they transition into their newÌýleadershipÌýrole through peer-to-peer learning. WeÌýdrawÌýonÌýadvice from lessons learned in the past,ÌýprovideÌýexpertÌýinsights,ÌýandÌýshareÌýlearning from other sectors.Ìý
Mid-term vice-chancellorsÌýhave been in their role forÌý3–5 years. We offer opportunitiesÌýfor themÌýto considerÌýtheÌýchallengesÌýof moving an organisationÌýfromÌýa first to a second strategic framework or refreshing a strategy.ÌýWe look at thisÌýin the context of political and policy developments, and through learningÌýfromÌýotherÌýsectors.Ìý
